We are proud to announce that we have successfully realised a (long term) investment financing for Jovi Groep enabling the purchase of the multi-tenant office building "Bologna". The financed building (energy label C) has 11,375 m² GLA of representative office space at Louis Braillelaan 80 in Zoetermeer (office park Rokkeveen), divided over 11 floors.

Urban Interest has sold the Almeerse Bottelaarpassage to Palu Retail Fund C.V. The purchase was financed by OIMIO and the PROPERTY & FINANCE advised the new owner in the transaction. Mr. Demir of Palu Retail Fund C.V. says that the acquisition fits well within the fund's strategy, because of the location and the mix of users.
The Bottelaarpassage offers a variety of 40 shops and is located in the center of Almere with a total area of 6,300 square meters. The shopping arcade is home to many smaller independent businesses that enrich Almere's city center, where mostly larger retail concerns are located.

For Capricorn, OIMIO has arranged financing for its investment in the New Delphi office in Utrecht/De Meern. This former Oracle headquarters contains approximately 10,265 m² of office space divided over 5 floors.
The office will be fully renovated and made suitable for use according to current standards (with energy label A). Part of the office is already in use by Fujitsu and Frame Offices.

We are pleased to announce that OIMIO has successfully closed an investment financing which was used to refinance the parking garage "Museum Centrum" in the center of Groningen.
This parking garage is managed by Q-park and has an ideal location in the center of Groningen. This car park fits in perfectly with the municipality's active policy of offering an alternative to on-street parking.
